We need a bit more information.
What stamp set are you referring to? Where did you find it? What version of Acrobat or of the free Reader are you using? Is this by any chance the exhibition stamps that Rick Bornstein published back in the days of Acrobat9? (Add Dynamic Exhibit Stamps in Acrobat using a free stamp set ) If so, they do come with installation instructions and all you need to do is modify the installation path to match your current version of Acrobat or Reader.
Almost anybody you see on this site is participating in the discussions on their own time. We have to earn a living, eat, sleep and spend time with our families. That's why you don't often get an answer right away. Also, the more information you provide in your question, the easier it is to figure out how to help you. In your case, there was almost no information in your question, so chances are a lot of the regulars just skipped over it because there was nothing to go by.
