We are exploring options within Adobe to restrict specific parts of a document from editing. Our current package allows for fill and sign functionality, which has been helpful. However, we are seeking a solution that maintains the document's professional appearance throughout, without the visible indication of being filled out. Is Adobe equipped with such features that would enable us to retain the comprehensive look of our documents while restricting editing to specific areas?Looking forward to your guidance on this matter. Many thanks!

You can do it by adding form fields for user input, including signature fields for signing. You could then apply a security policy that allows filling-in these form fields, but prevent other sorts of editing, such as adding comments.
