I have an end user that has Adobe Pro but claims that shere should be a menu that allows her to EXPORT as and Interactive PDF.  I do see that menu in InDesign, but the are sure that they can do it in Adobe Acrobat Pro. Would any of you know how to get that into the file menu?

Assuming that the component features within a document are interactive, ANY PDF saved from a PDF will already be interactive. (There may be issues with Reduced size PDFs in some features, but I'm not completely sure.)

This option is there in InDesign to create the features for Acrobat to use. If you add a form to a PDF document, Acrobat adds an interactive feature within itself, so it doesn't need to be told to make it interactive. Assuming you add any new function to an already existent PDF, and assuming you added it correctly, it's a new functioning interactive PDF.

Hope that helps.
