Export Comments to excel or csv

Is there a way without 3rd party extensions to export comments to a excel file or csv? This seems like it should be a built in native feature but I am unable to find it.

You are correct. You can't find it because it is not there in Acrobat. Bluebeam Revu has this feature. If you want to send me your file, I'll export the comments as CSV for you.
