Hello,

With my collesgues, we all work on a network and we have all the same PC+screen and the same configuration.

My problem is, when I export an Excel file to PDF, the output on my PC is not the same as my colleagues...

On my colleague's PC, the PDF file looks like the print preview in Excel, but on my PC, the output is different from the print preview.

I don't undersrand where the difference comes from... any idea?

thanks

marc

What is your OS and version, what is your Excel version?

How are you using the export feature? Save to PDF or save to Adobe PDF?

It would also be nice to see a screenshot of the view difference! You will need, however, to make sure not to post any confidential data. I suggest you use a dummy PDF.
