I use the 'Export PDF to jpeg' almost daily.
Over the past few weeks I have been experiencing this failure.
I can see that I am not the first to experience this failure.
What is the correct solution?

Open the PDF file>ctrl+d or right-click and check document properties>Security
Also, is it possible for you to share the screen recording of your workflow? What are document restrictions?
If it's still not getting anywhere even after trying the troubleshooting steps suggested above. Please get in touch with our assisted support team to get the troubleshooting steps done via remote access.

Adobe Support initially diagnosed a Microsoft Folder issue.
Microsoft Support diagnosed Adobe was using the C drive as default (I was trying to save on my D drive).
Adobe Support logged on to my machine and found 'compatibility issues'; fixed them, and all is now well.

Hi @icanopit
Thanks for reporting this to us.
While exporting the file, do you get any specific errors? Also, is this an export-made Acrobat Pro desktop application or through Acrobat Online?

No 'specific error' is given.
The process progresses as it always has done. But when opening the target folder for the jpeg image files there is nothing.
I have no idea what you mean by 'export-made Acrobat Pro desktop application'.
I am using Acrobat Pro installed on my laptop, as I have done for many years.
Also I don't want to 'try the online version'.
I pay a monthly fee for the use of Adobe Pro.
Kindest Regards.

It seems that you are unable to answer my question or solve the problem I am experiencing with Adobe Pro.
Please escalate my problem to a 2nd-level support person, and upwards, until Adobe can solve the problem I have encountered.
Kindest Regards.

Still no answer?
Further, what if I don't (or can't) access to web to use the "online version"?
I don't need the web when running programs on my laptop.

Hi @icanopit
I apologize for not being able to follow up with you on time.
Looking at the description above, you are experiencing an issue only with the Export to JPEG, right?
Please try the following troubleshooting steps and see if that helps:
Go to Acrobat> Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once (you must save all the work before restarting)
To download the patch 23.003.20215 manually, more information about this release is here: Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader
If that doesn't help, then.
Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s file traces:
https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html
Download the Acrobat installer from here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
Thanks,
Akanchha

Uninstall Acorbat, run the cleaner, download and run the installer as indicated by @AkanchhaS .
Report back, please.

Did that.
Still no success.
Menu>Export a PDF>Image> (all 4 options (jpeg, jpeg2000, tiff, and png) are 'greyed out').

OK, that's different. Check the PDF protection/security settings. (Properties ctrl/cmd d)

Still no answer? Adobe seems to be less 'able' these days.
