I'm currently using Adobe Acrobat Pro
Continuous Release | Version 2024.005.20421 | 64-bit
Version File Version: 24.005.20421.0
AGM Version 7.001.00010 | 64-bit
CoolType Version 8.003.00011 | 64-bit
Core Version 24.1280 | 64-bit
JP2K Version 4.000.00002.54782 | 64-bit
Tonight, for the first time, I tried to export a single-page PDF to JPG format (the full page, not extract images). Everything seemed to work, but the file I supposedly created was never created. The JPG never appeared. I tried this multiple times with JPG and PNG to multiple locations with multiple names and got the same result every time. I finally had to go online and find a PDF to JPG converter to get it done. I found in another post to turn off "Show online storage when opening files" and "Show online storage when saving files." I tried this with no luck.
Any answers to this? Anybody?

You can try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue with exporting a PDF to JPG in Adobe Acrobat Pro:
Sometimes, Acrobat saves files in unexpected locations. Try exporting again and manually selecting a known folder (e.g., Desktop).
Close Acrobat, right-click on its icon, and select "Run as administrator" to see if it resolves permission issues.
Go to Help > Repair Installation in Acrobat to fix any potential software corruption.
Navigate to Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced) and disable Protected Mode at startup (temporarily) to check if it resolves the issue.
Close Acrobat, navigate to C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\, rename the DC folder to DC_old, and restart Acrobat.
If none of the above works, try uninstalling Acrobat using the tool and then reinstalling it.
If the issue persists, you might want to check if it's a bug in the latest version by testing an older release. Hope this helps! Let us know if you find a solution.
