I've tried setting all of the Advanced options (High Quality Print, RGB color...) that I found from documents on here, but my colors are still changing!

And does it matter how it is being generated

  • File > Save As Adobe PDF
  • File > Print > Choose Adobe PDF as printer
  • Create PDF from the Acrobat Toolbar in Powerpoint

Hi Rosemarya,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to convert ppt file to a pdf, is that correct?

Could you try creating pdf using a web browser at this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf and check if the resultant file looks okay.

Also, check if an update is available for Acrobat using "Check for updates" option under "Help" menu, reboot the machine after installing update and try again. You may also download updates from here: Adobe software and product updates

Would it be possible if you can share the ppt file you are working with to replicate the issue at our end? To share the file here in the forums: How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud

Thanks,

Shivam

Shivam,

When I try to convert a ppt to pdf on the cloud I am unable to. I am logged into my account. I only have a Subscribe Now option.

FYI I don’t have a “Check for Updates” option under the help menu.  Maybe this is because my version is so old.

I was running version 2015.016.20039. Here is what I saw.

I updated to 2018.01120040 from the web link you provided.

Finally, the problem is still happening. I sent the .ppt and a generated PDF.

Does is matter how I generate the PDF?

I have several options and I never know if there is a difference between them

File > Print > Adobe PDF

File > Save As > Choose .pdf

File > Save as Adobe PDF

Create PDF from the ACROBAT toolbar

Hi Rosemarya,

Thanks for sharing the files. We tried replicating the issue at our end using the three options you mentioned above but the issue was not reproducible.

Please find below the screenshots:

Try resetting preferences for Acrobat using the steps given in the following link, reboot the machine and check if that helps:

How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

Thanks,

Shivam

Unfortunately this didn't do the trick either.

I am going to uninstall and reinstall entirely to see if that corrects it.
