Export to HTML missing in Acrobat Pro

Trying to export a PDF to an HTML, but when I go to the Export PDF screen, I don't have the option for HTML.  Only have docx, doc, rtf, xlsx, pptx, jpg, tiff, png.

In Acrobat, I use File > Export To > HTML Web Page. 

I also have this format on the Export page in Acrobat Pro.
