Recently I signed up for acrobat in hopes that it would be easy to create fillable forms.
Things I need consist of:
Fillable text
drop down
Dates
and upload image.
What I am experiencing is - After creating the form, downloading becomes an issue. I have learned that its not as simple as saving and downloading. What do I need to do to ensure that all clients can easily use the form.
I have figured out the text portion of the form, although this only works sometimes - but I am unable to get the upload image section to work at all. Everything works seamlessly in the preview, but all hell breaks loose when I export.

Tell your clients they need to download the form, and use Acrobat Reader (or Acrobat) on Windows or Mac only.
Sadly, the other PDF viewers are not good for forms, because they did not bother to be fully compartible.
Upload image, though, is not a standard part of the form system, but a useful addition by Adobe to push people even more back to their software. I recommend HTML forms.
From my perspective this has really destroyed the usefulness of PDF forms, for a general audience where you cannot dictate their system and software.
