Extract PDF Portfolio: Inconsistent Interface Across Users

Hi,

We are noticing inconsistent user interfaces when extracting files from a PDF Portfolio. For example, I see a "Choose Folder for Extracted Files" window:

And another user sees a "Browse for Folder" window:

We are both connected to the same Windows server (Windows Server 2012 R2) via Remote Desktop and using the same version of Acrobat on the server:

I want to apply the "Choose Folder for Extracted Files" style of window to all users of Acrobat.

This seems to be weird behavior. We have checked at our end, and it shows the Browse for folder window.
