Extracting multiple fields from PDFs into Excel

Is there a way to use the Adobe Reader Forms tool to extract data from already made PDFs?

I have multiple PDFs that are formatted exactly the same, but are not fillable forms, and would like to extract just certain fields of data, like name, date, and the description on the file. There is other information on the pdf but I would not need that
