Hi Everyone!

I recently created a Digital Journal having multiline fields.

The issue is when I tested this in other devices like Mac, ipad and mobile it looks wierd. The text not flows on the lines. Please help me. Image(2) shows how it looks on ipad.

What program are you using to handle the PDF file? Mobile devices do not always implement the full functionality of Acrobat on "real" computers.

There is no direct relationship between lines on the PDF page and text in a field placed over the lines. Whether or not text lines up depends a number of factors outside your control. The best you can do is to adjust the field font size to provide the best alignment for the full height of the field. And of course, there is no guarantee that any PDF viewer will match the exact font sizing or line geometry needed for this alignment.

The real solution would be to have a form field that draws the lines to exactly match the text, and covers the full height of the field. Unfortunately a field property that creates a full set of lines does not exists, nor is it likely that it will ever exist.

So a partial solution is to set the field properties to use an underlined font.  This only creates lines under entered text, so not a good illusion.   These are the only options available.
