Fail to Create PDF from Microsoft Word 2010 using font Times New Roman

I created a PDF with Acrobat addins in Microsoft Word 2010, the language was Vietnamese, font type Times New Roman, and the result was fail. I Attached pictures below

Just to clarify, the different fonts are the problem?

Can you tell us or confirm the following:

• What operating system and version? (Such as Windows 10)
• You're using the Adobe PDF Maker plug-in (the Acrobat ribbon tab in MS Word)?
• When you made the PDF, did you set the option to embed the fonts into the PDF?
• Please open the PDF, go the File / Properties and click on the first tab at the top "Description." Give us a screen capture of that dialogue box.

The Calibri font and VNI-Times font were Ok but Times new roman font.

That's really weird. Did the original Word document look fine in font Times New Roman?
