Fail to use e-sign add-in in word document

My license hasn't expired but can not use in add-in of word.
Is there any way i can drag a adobe signature field to any location of word and dowload this file to test for power apps.

Please try signing out and signing in to your MS Word application. Then try again and see if you still get the same message. You may also use an Acrobat Sign account to fill out & sign the document. Please refer to the steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4m5HyEp.
