Failure to install Adobe Acrobat DC

My failed attempts to install this crucially important tool is really irritating me.

I have just bought a new computer running windows 10. I have uninstalled google and anything adobe-related. The last failure to install had "code 1920 print spooler failed to start".

Any help would be gratefully received. Thanks

even though this is for older an os and acrobat, Error 1920: "Service Print Spooler (Spooler) failed to start..." when installing Adobe Creative Suit...

Sorry about your issue charleshfevans, As kglad suggested, please try the steps mentioned in the helpx page. In case it still doesnt work, we would need the install logs to investigate. Please enable the msi logging as per: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/223300/how-to-enable-windows-installer-logging and share the msi log with us. Thanks.
