Hi All,

My first time posting to this community.  Long story short we have a client who we had to purchase 3 new licenses for them as their subscription was coming to an end.  The licenses were renewed and it appeared that the application worked as normal.  Got a user however that gets the following: "This feature is not available in your current acrobat license".  I did search online for similiar issues with that, however most recent post online was from 2018.  So was looking for something newer.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue the user is experiencing?

What is the workflow /steps the user is doing when he gets the said error message? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful for more clarity.

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC they are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20759 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

We are here for help, just need more info.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.  Unfortunately the issue is that the user is very hard to help troubleshoot.  She is not helpful at all.  I totally understand more information would be helpful.  I know the version is a paid subscription "Acrobat Pro for Teams".  She is on Windows 10 and I'm going to assume the most recent version.  What she did say is that she has to restart Acrobat more than once and then the popup goes away.

Thanks,

@jctech2025

As you mentioned, the user is using the team's license, and the Admin may have disabled a specific feature.
Also, as @Amal.  mentioned, we need more information. We least need to see the feature the user was trying to access so we can suggest whether that feature is possible.

For visitors on this thread, under these circumstances for teams and enterprise subscription holders please do reach out to your admins first, they may have more information. If not, help us more about the workflow or scenario so we understand the customizations done in your environment and may be able to assist you better.
