Running Acrobat DC (64-bit) 23.006.20380
Not sure how long this issue has been going on but believe it was also happening with the previous version. The preview option of PDF's in File Explorer is not working. The option to "Enable PDF thumbnail previews in Windows Explorer" is enabled. It seems the only way to get it to work again is to go to HELP and Repair Installation. However, it seems like something is resetting every day as we have to Repair Installation daily. This is happening to multiple users. Anyone else seen this?
