Buon giorno. Dal mio cloud di Acrobat sono scomparsi alcuni file. Nessuna traccia da nessuna parte, e le cartelle risultano vuote. Ho provato a vedere sul server di Adobe e niente ! C'è qualcuno che possa aiutarmi a capire cosa può essere successo ?

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

It seems you are looking for the file on document cloud storage, and all of them are missing. Is that right? 

Have you had a chance to look for the files on the Document Cloud web https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ 

Also, ensure that you are Signed In using the correct email address. In case of an email mismatch, you would be unable to load all your documents saved earlier.

By any chance, were the files deleted mistakenly? If yes, then there's no chance of retrieving them. If not, then it could be they were not saved correctly or not synced with the email.

Please check the email used for sign-in. Is it the correct one?
