I combined 500 files that I wanted in order but the the final outcome shows email dates in mixed order. It used to be in order in previous completed combined files. I reinstalled it and no luck. Why are they out of order in the final combined file?

How did you create the combined PDF? Was there a screen that showed all the collected files before combining?
If you let us know more about your process, perhaps we can troubleshoot collectively.

when I am saving emails to pdf, then I have to combine them. when the are
combined the emails are not in the order of the files that were numbered
correctly.
