Hi I use Adobe Acrobat Pro to update security floor plans for work. The security plans are huge complex files I think made in CAD or something, that my laptop has a hard time to open, let alone edit (pretty sure Adobe isn't the proper program to be making edits in). Plus my laptop has warned me it's running out of memory. Anyway I recently updated two dozen floor plans and saved them with new file names but when I went back to review, half of them didn't show any of the updates I made in them (besdies file name) or only showed 1-2 updates but still had the old info. Hoping for my sanity someone can explain what could've happened bc I am SURE I saved them, if no other time then at least when I closed the file. Why would none or only some of my updates show up? I am relaitvely computer literate and have never had anything like this happen before. Thanks in advance for any explanations

Either files save or they don't save. But they do not save with half of the modification done.
Depending on the data you need to update, Adobe Acrobat may really not be the right tool. The best would be to do the updates in the program that created the PDF using the original source files.
If your computer is running out of memory, you should do something against and either get more memory (disk? RAM?) or getting a new computer. This will be less frustrating at the end of the day.
