Fill & Sign Not Working With New Email

I recently changed my email address and when I try to use Fill & Sign I get an error message stating, 

"You do not have access to this service. Please contact your IT Administrator to gain access"

 

I have Acrobat Pro DC, which includes the Fill & Sign feature. How do you fix this issue?

Could you please provide some detailed steps of the workflow you are trying inside the Fill and Sign application?

 

It will be great if you can share a screenshot.
