Fill and SIgn - I need multiple people to sign a document on one device at the same time

Hello,

I'm currently trying to figure out a way for multiple people to sign a document at the same time for a project at my work.

It would require multiple people to sign the same file in different parts on the same page back to back.

Can anyone advise on a way to do this, please?

What version of Acrobat do you have?

Hope you are doing well.

You can send the file for signature to multiple people using the "send for signature' formally known as Adobe Acrobat Sign.

• Here are the detailed steps with the helpful screenshots https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/how-to/send-documents-for-electronic-signature.html 
• Enter the email addresses of the people you want to e-sign the document. You can also add a personal message if desired. Then click Continue.

• Since you want them to sign simultaneously, you can keep the radio button "Complete in order." off.
