Fill and sign in same box on multiple pages in DC

Is there a way to fill and sign in the same place on multiple pages within an Acrobat DC document?  I have over 100 pages to sign with a personalized stamp and needs to be sealed afterwards before another party can sign.  Used the watermark action previously but it is not suitable for the purpose of signing off on documents.

It's possible to duplicate a stamp from one page to others using a script, like with this (paid-for) tool I've developed: http://try67.blogspot.com/2009/07/acrobat-duplicate-annotations-to.html

So are you using the "Adobe Sign" process? or are just loosely using the terms "Fill and Sign"?

Is this a one time thing? Or does this need to be done to different documents?

I am using the "fill and sign" function in PRO DC. Once clicked,  I use "sign yourself" and select a saved image of a stamp with a signature inside it.  This will need to be done often with different documents containing technical drawings.

I also have problems with Acrobat crashing after 20 or more signatures within the document so need to save every 10 signatures.

You have several option for a solution. If you are not sending this out to others for signatures, then you can use Try67's suggestion for copying a signature stamp to all the pages in the PDF, then applying your own self-signed certificate. This saves you the trouble of clicking a hundred times for each signature. But if you do want to use the Adobe Sign, then there are a couple of different ways to automatically marking up a document for the locations of the signatures. One big advantage to Adobe Sign is that at the end of the process you get the Adobe rooted certificate applied to the doc. One way to markup the PDF is to add text fields to the document with the correct field names. For example "Sig1_es_:sender:signature" . This name indicates a signature field that you, the sender, sign. Send this to the Fill and Sign and all the locations will be marked already. If Acrobat is still crashing after a few signings. Then change the tag to "Sig1_es_:signer:signature", and use Adobe sign to email it too you. You'll get a link that you fill out online, so Acrobat can't crash anymore. This may however be a very slow process. Another solution is to use a hybrid. Use the stamp to apply your signature to all pages, then add one Adobe sign signature, so you get the Adobe certification.
