'Fill and Sign' not working

This has been happening for the past month.

Click on "Sign" in 'Fill and Sign'

Blank box loads and nothing else. No way to enter my signature, load signature, etc. Stays blank forever (i.e. not just loading slowly)

Using Windows 10 fully updated, brand new Lenovo Thinkpad X1Carbon. Have already uninstalled / repaired Adobe Acrobat without effect. Have restarted PC, etc etc.

Have several forms that need to be turned over quickly with my signature. Adobe - please fix.

I was able to find the issue.  Go to Menu and click "disable new Acrobat" it returned to the original version and works for me now.  It is something with the new version causing the issue, at least for me.

I have been having the same issue and I fixed the issue by uninstalling, then reinstalling and then signing out and back in again.  Works now.

In the meantime, try the workaround mentioned here.

Please go to the location mentioned below and delete the following files:

%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobat_fss_signature_initials

%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobat_fss_signature_initialsi

%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobat_fss_signature_initialsk

 

To find the location, you can copy and paste the location "%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\" in the run window. Press the Window+R on your keyboard. And then paste the address in the box for "Open". Click on the OK button.
