I don't know how to search on this as I'm fairly new to using Adobe other than just basics.  I work with onboarding new employees who have to sign a bunch of documents which gets tedious because I have to type the employees information over and over up to 30 forms for each new hire. I remember when I had apartments before that they used a software called "bluemoon" or something like that. You could enter the rental applicants information on one form and then it would populate into all the other forms.

I'm sure this can do this but I don't even know how to search on this or to get started.  Any helpful advice?

Regards,

If the field names are the same in all files you can export the data from the first one to an fdf file and then use an Action to import it into the others.

thank you for heading me in the right direction on this. Have you seen any good videos on this or have any other recommendations on how to continue investigations?
