We have a brand new look! Take a tour with us and explore the latest updates on Adobe Support Community.
We have an internal website that we use. This website hosts many fillable PDF forms. A few users when they click a link to the form it still retains old data. How do I keep it from retaining data after the page is closed?
We use adobe reader and MS Edge.
Sorry for the delay in response.
Coud you please elaborate on the issue you are experiencing? How the user are filling the PDF forms? Share the complete workflow.
By "retains old data", what exactly you are referring to? Are you referring that when user click on the fileds it shows up the suggestion to add information used before?
It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot for a better understanding.
