Fillable form doesn't save text

I am trying to complete a pdf (I reached the pdf from the aaas.org website).  I enter all of the information into the form, save the pdf and I can see the text.  After I close the form and re-open it, the text is missing.  I have Acrobat DC but clicking the form doesn't open Acrobat - it looks more like a website/pdf.

Hi Srisbon,

It worked for me, here's what I did:

1) went to link and on the bottom I held my mouse over the bottom of the page giving me the option to download the form (it's a downward facing arrow in a floating heads up display)

2) open the document on my computer

3) fill it out

4) do a Save as... (just in case you made a mistake and need to do it again. When you do that Save as... add a number or letter at the end so you do not overwrite the original.
