Fillable Form Issue

I have a user having an issue where when they open a fillable form they can click on the first blank and be able to type something but when they click on the second box it won't select the box.  It puts the cursor above or below the box but there is no way to select the box.  They are using adobe reader.

 

The weird part is that when I log in as my admin user on that computer I am able to use the form no problem.  I have tried uninstalling and I have ran the Adobe CC Cleaner and tried a fresh install again.

Please confirm the steps used by the user and you to access the form. Could you let me know if you're using the same steps as the user to complete the form? Could you please share the screen recording to understand the issue better? It would be helpful if you could share the sample PDF so we can replicate the behavior.

Also, please share the Reader and OS version number used on the device.

The form works fine on our end. Could you please try reinstalling using the steps and from the link shared below:

- Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4my1Ar7).
- Reboot the machine
- Install Adobe Acrobat Reader from the following page: https://adobe.ly/3UKcvS9.

 

If you still experience the same behavior, please check if it also happens with other forms. Or if it is an issue, particularly with this form.
