Can someone please help me I am trying to create a fillable form in Acrobat that people can fill out even if they don't have the Acrobat application.

PDF based forms require a PDF viewer. Word isn't a PDF viewer, so this can't work.

The above reply pretty much sums it up. I'm not sure what you'll gain by a chat over this issue.
