I have created a fillable form, I saved it and when open it again (same computer, same subscription), the fillable fields are not visible and not fillable. When going to 'prepare form', all the fields are there but disappear when closing the editing. Any thoughts?

Have you set the fields as hidden? What app does you use to fill the form?

Hi,

adding on to the expert's questions.

Scenario 1:

Checkout if you have set the form fields Hidden. Also look into the properties and see if you have enabled its fill color and chose one of them from the list. Open PDF>Prepare For>Right click on form field>Properties

Also, if form fields are not allowing to edit or enter data. Please ensure that you haven't signed the form before saving it. Signing locks the document and restrict from making any further changes.

Scenario 2:

What is probably happening is that the form is being filled out in Apple Preview instead of Adobe Acrobat. If a PDF form is filled out with Apple Preview it will not show the data in the form fields when opened in Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader on a Mac or PC.

Check if any of the above situation applies here.

Thanks,

Akanchha
