I created an interactive pdf form. I sent it to a client but the client is unable to fill in the form. help

You need to provide more details. Starting with:

- Where (in what application and on what platform) did the client open the file?

- What does "unable to fill the form" mean, exactly? What's preventing them from doing so?

Also, did you create this form in Acrobat Pro, using the "Prepare Form" tools?
