Fillable forms not working in Acrobat Reader. Works if I create new Windows user.

Fillable form comes up with javascript disabled (it is enabled) and enhance features message. I have used the AcroClean, Revo uninstaller (advanced removal) and reinstall with same problems. If I create a new Windows user, it works fine. This is the second time I have seen this now on different machines. Any solutions without recreating the windows user?

Ran AcroCleaner again and then deleted appdata folders manually. Problem corrected.
