Fillable forms on iPhone iPad (iOS) / mobile

Hi there,

I created a 'fillable' form that members have to retrieve from a web site (GoDaddy).

http://www.iamlmpf.ca/documentation.html

On a desktop (Windows 10) when you click on the 'Download Enrollment .ON.pdf' button everything works and the submit button at the bottom works great !

However, I get no 'filling' and 'submitting' functionality when retrieved from an iPad/iPhone.

Any ideas on how to get this functionality working in an iOS or mobile environment? (ps. I tried the 'Adobe fill and sign'... no joy... and probably not meant for this situation)

Thanks in advance.

Thanks !

Just tried this and it works. I'll need to add an advisory via the website to download the Acrobate reader to fill it on mobiles.

I wish a 'redirect to the Apple store' was possible when opening an Acrobat fillable PDF  on portables (iOS) in the case where the app is not installed.

And possibly a default PDF reader parameter for appropriate browser (Safari/Chrome...)

Making this as seemless as possible would be awesome.
