Fillable forms

My fillable form (7 pages) won't allow me to move from page to page.  It stays on page one and won't let me move forward.  Any ideas on what may be causing this?

Are you trying to tab, or scroll down the file? What happens when you do?

Scroll Down doesn't work, neither does the page advance arrows on the top of the page.  It's 7 pages, and I can't get off of 1!

This was done purposefully by the creator of the form using a script. You can get around it by removing the script (more complicated) or by disabling JavaScript entirely (which might affect other things in the file). You do so at your own risk, though, as this is a governmental document and it's generally not a good idea to edit such files.

It's in the public domain, and I have not changed the content.

Go to Edit (or the app menu if you're on a Mac) - Preferences - JavaScript, untick the first box there.

PS. I would report this issue to the office who created the file. There are also errors in the code it contains.
