Fillable PDF Form Submit Button Not Sending

I have created fillable pdf using Adobe Acrobat DC.  Form works great internally (Receive/Complete/Save/Submit).  I am testing the form using my gmail account, as outside users will use the form, too!  My test is accurately received/completed/saved to my gmail address.  Then I hit the submit button, which opens the dialogue box.  I  add my Outlook address and hit send, but I never receive the file.  The file will send to my gmail address, but not my Outlook address.  Help and Thank You.

What command did you use for the Submit button, and under what event did you place it?
