Fillable pdf form to be filled in English only

     Can anyone pls advise how to create a fillable pdf form which can only be filled in English language only?

Can you explain the background to why you want to do that? I can imagine a script that only allows Latin letters, for example, but verifying that the input is in a specific language is much more complicated (and maybe impossible).

The only way I can think of doing it is it to run a spell-check on all the words in the entered value using an English dictionary and if there are any errors display a message to the user asking them to make sure they entered text in English and not in any other language.

Except, of course, most people's names, and large parts of their address, will not be found in a dictionary.

The problem is absolutely impossible in the general case. For example

CHAT RESISTANT is French for "struggling cat", and also English for "does not want conversation".

You certainly could block certain character sets, for example allow Latin characters (used for English and others) and block Devanagari (used for Hindi and others).

Agreed, it's a far from perfect solution, but it's the closest you're going to get...
