Is there a way to create a fillable table, save it, and use it repeatly on pdfs?  Id like to create a digital accounting stamp that had a 2 x 9 table where i can place it on invoices mailed to us.  i am trying to avvoid having to print the invoice, stamping it, scanning it fot it to be printed somewhere else to be signed and scanned again.  Example in the bottom right.  this is a JPG ontop of the PDF want to make this a fillable form but not have to create it every time.

Yes, you can create a stamp to do that. You would then have to enter the information that should go on the stamp on a dialog that pops up when you place the stamp. The only potential problem is that once the stamp is placed, you can no longer edit the data. By placing the stamp, you are converting the inforation to static PDF. You would have to create the stamp, including the user interface to enter the data (or have somebody create it for you).

Another option is to just create  a field with form fields, and then enter the data right into the PDF.  This way, the data can still be edited. You can go even one step further, and have an Excel macro that fills our your form by  pushing a buttin in Excel (or selecting a menu item, or whatever trigger you want to create).
