Filling and signing pdf

How to send a pdf file to someone so that they also can fill and sign the form.

Note: I don't know who is going to edit the pdf form, it is for educational purposes.

You can add form fields for them to fill it in and a digital signature field for them to sign it.

You should also instruct them to open it using Adobe Acrobat Reader for best results, as other applications (and most PDF plugins in browsers) do not always handle form fields correctly.
