When I make a filling form on my Mac and my client fills it in on PC, the purple/gray filling fields stay coloured below the text they typed. I want the fillingfield color to disappear when field is filled in, that's how it works on my Mac and that's how the design is meant to look like. Does anyone know what I can do to make it look that way on PC as well?

The first thing you need to know is which software is used to fill in this PDF on the PC.

If you want to control how it works then you need to use your own scripts to do it. However, I've tested it in Acrobat and Reader on Windows and the fields are highlighted in purple until you click into them. They then switch to the original fill color. When you exit them they return to the application highlight color.
