Find all password protected files on hard drive

I need a way to find all PDFs that are password protected.

So I have a bunch (hundreds) of PDFs on my computer. Some of them are password protected, some are not. For all the password protected files I would like to batch change the password. I know how to change the password for multiple PDFs, but what I do not know is if there is a way to find all the PDFs that does have a password.

Is there any way to do this?

I am using Adobe Acrobat, Windows 10 and Directory Opus...
