Find colored text and strike-through text

Is there any way to find in a PDF the text that has a certain color (e.g., text in red)? Similarly, I would be interesting in automatically detecting and finding text that is strike-through. I tried to find some Acrobat action that might help, with no luck. Any idea is welcome. I have Acrobat Pro 2020.

The document is large and the text in red or strike-through could be anywhere. So the most reliable solution would be an automated mechanism (like an action or something like that).

You can create a plugin (written in C/C++) for this.

Not possible with a script. Maybe with a plugin, as mentioned, or using the Preflight tool.
