FIND SERIAL NUMBER

Is it me, or is it a bit hard to find the serial number for the Acrobat products, I purchased Acrobat Pro, need to reinstall, but, I need the serial number, can not find. Every thing I do keep sending me around and around in circles. Is there an easier way to find the serial number ?​

Hi altonp,

As we have checked the details for your account using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have a subscription for Acrobat Pro DC ( which doesn't need serial number) as well as for Acrobat standard DC (currently canceled).

You can locate the serial number for the products using the steps given in this help document: Find your serial number

Also, you can download Acrobat Pro DC on the machine using this link: Download and install Acrobat DC subscription

I have a perpetual license for Acrobat Pro but need to move it to a new PC. I tried looking up the Serial Number through the Command Prompt but it wasn't listed there (under the Adobe entries). I also logged into Adobe online with two different emails but neither had my license/device listed there.
