Firma electrónica no visible

1. Y prendas versátiles uso la firma digital a través de Acrobat y me funcionaba perfectamente. A raíz de la actualización que tuve el.13 Marzo de 2025 intento firmar un PDF y me aparece firmado digitalmente que me lo indica la plataforma en el lateral derecho, pero no me aparece el sello visible cómo hago para que me aparezca el sello visible. Llamé a la casa de moneda y timbre en vez de que es un fallo de Acrobat no sé si os ha pasado o es un fallo de configuración. Gracias

Sorry for the troubled experience. I used the translation, but I think it didn't work well.
I am assuming you were using Stamps to sign a document. Is that true? Or were you using a Digital Signature? 

Can you share a screenshot of what your signature looked like before the March update? And how does it look today?

If possible try to use Screenshot and kindly provide more information as to what is happening at your end.
