fit to page when saved not when I re-open

Hi I need to submit a document in fit to page when I save to my documents it is. When I re-open it opens as fit to width? What am I doing wrong?

Hi Bret,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please try changing the magnification under the initial view in the document properties for the PDF. 

1. Open the PDF in Acrobat.

2. Go to File menu >Preoprties> Initial view.

3. From the drop-down list for Magnification, select Fit width.

4. Click on OK to save the changes.
