Flattern document without Acrobat Pro

Hi! I have made an interactive PDF with form fields. The need is for my client to write custom text, flattern dokument and send to print in the newspapers. The newspaper does not retain the text my client has written when its posted in the papers. How can my client flattern the document without having Acrobat Pro?

There are various applications and tools that can do it, but not by Adobe. The real solution is finding out why the newspaper does not print the values in the form fields, though.
