We use a special font in our outlook as part of our brand. When we go to File --> Save as Adobe PDF to save a message and upload it for archiving it swaps out the font when the PDF is created. The font that it swaps it to is not one that we can use and would cause problems with some of our customers. We are using Adobe Acrobat XI and Office 2013, and we have tried the following:
1. Embedding the font
2. Adding the font to the Adobe fonts folder
3. Tested results with other fonts (all worked unless they had a light version)
The font that we are using also has a light version. It appears that light versions are used instead of the fonts that we are actually using.

Still having this problem. I was told that an Adobe "Pro" would at least respond within the day, and now it has been 5 with no responses.

Is anyone even looking into this? Wonder where all the Adobe "Pros" are?
