Font family Miller Banner doesn't convert to pdf (Acrobat)

Hi,

My problem is that my brand fonts somehow doesn't want to convert from power point to acrobat when saving from:
- Save As (pdf)
- Export (pdf)

I have also tried the embedding and nothing. Only when tryeing to print and then save as pdf the font stays right but large white frames appear around the slide (16:9).

I'm using MacbookPro and everything is uptodate so that's not the issue. I have downloaded the font from my adobe creative cloud and all the versions of the font can be used in Power Point. What to do? I love this font and would be so shame to change it into something else. In my daily work it's needed to wrap the client presentation into pdf format to be sent via email.

I would love any kind of help! You can find attached the results from powerpoint (screen shot) and pdf.

Hi @Bubbly_artwork5FE7

Thank you for reaching out with your question.

Check if the fonts are properly activated: https://adobe.ly/3DET2xd;

You have already tried font embedding: https://adobe.ly/420DVYi - try again if your fonts are activated properly.

Also, you may try converting the PowerPoint file using Acrobat Web: https://adobe.ly/3FsK5Ys and let us know how it works.

If none of the solutions works, please try screen-recording the complete workflow and share the video, and we will check with the product team on this.

Thank you for your support.

Can you share a screenshot of Acrobat > File > Properties > Fonts tab? Your font should appear here.

Please note that some fonts are not processed by Adobe anymore. Type1 fonts are an older technology and will be ignored when exporting to PDF.
