Font not available or can't be used in editing.

Hi,

How do I find out what the name of a font is? I'm trying to edit a file that was done with font C0GTNO08_T1EX0000_0 but it's saying that it's not available or can't be used in editing so it defaults to Minion Pro. I really need the original font. I'm new to editing and working with Adobe PDF's so I appreciate any and all help.

Thanks!

Some PDF creators completely rename the fonts to something cryptic. I have never understood why and if it depends on the font or the PDF creator program. However, it will be difficult to find the font with that name. It would probably be more helpful to see the fonts features. Someone could recommend a replacement font. But that does not help always.
