Font Package Required

Hello,

I have several users that see the below image: 

And we are aware that it is because there are some Chinese characters in the document. But when I try to install the Font Package from Adobe's site, I get:

I am on the latest version of Adobe and I have run the repair installation and rebooted as well. Is there anyone who can help me?

Please go through the correct answer marked in a similar discussion  https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/extended-asian-language-font-pack-for-64-bits/m-p... and see if that works.

We are sorry to keep you waiting. Would you mind sharing the bit version of the application you are using? Is it 32 bit or 64 bit application?

And also the specific version number, like 2016.123.98765. Not "latest" please, people don't seem willing to look up the actual number but we need it... because often problems come because it actually is NOT the latest, updates have failed.
